The YMCA of South Palm Beach County reopened its Chase’s Place Inclusive Center after renovations to better serve individuals with diverse needs. The center offers adaptive programs focused on motor skills, communication, and social development in a supportive environment. Funded by community support and donors, the upgrades aim to remove barriers and create inclusive opportunities for children, teens, and adults of all abilities.

The YMCA of South Palm Beach County offers a free Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring (BPSM) program to help adults manage high blood pressure. This four-month program provides personalized support, including regular check-ins and nutrition education focused on heart health. Participant Sheila shares that the program helped her track her blood pressure, improve her diet, and work more effectively with her doctor. Funded by Baptist Health South Florida, the program empowers individuals to take control of their health.

The YMCA of South Palm Beach County has received a $60,000 grant from Sun Capital Partners to expand teen leadership and career programs at the Lab in Boca Raton. The funding will support hundreds of teens—especially those from moderate-income households—by providing mentorship, leadership development, and career readiness opportunities. The initiative aims to help teens build confidence, explore their potential, and prepare for future success while strengthening the community.
