Children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old can safely play, explore and learn in our Child Development Center, also known as "Child Watch" with our experienced, caring staff for up to an hour a day. During each child’s visit, Y staff provide learning experiences in a fun and safe environment, teaching them how to make healthy choices while encouraging socialization and play.
All members of our Child Development staff are background checked and hold current CPR/First Aid certification.
Electronics are not permitted in our Child Watch area, so you can feel happy knowing your child will be busy using his/her imagination rather than incurring more "screen time".
Standard Operating Procedures
Our Child Watch has a limited capacity and reservations are recommended. Prior to entering Child Watch area, every participant will be required to have their temperature checked. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will be turned away and will be asked to return when they have been symptom free for at least 72 hours. Members are also required to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire.
Every staff member is required to wear a face mask as well as children age 2 and older.
Once participant had been cleared they must use hand sanitizer or wash his/her hands before entering Child Watch area. Please also note the following:
