Our Community Health initiatives provides individuals in the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle with a variety of support options.

Our Community Health programs are built on the concept that local communities can work together to give all individuals healthy choices and support in order to pursue a healthy lifestyle. Many of these programs go outside of our Y's walls to connect with all corners of the community with the goal of improving our collective health.
