Y Youth Sports is an inclusive sports program and is offered to all children regardless of race, gender, religion or ability. We support and appreciate the diversity of children and encourage children and their parents to do the same.
Y Sports helps children improve their skills and make new friends while establishing healthy sportsmanship behavior on and off the field. Activity helps the body grow; thinking advances the mind, and belief makes our spirit grow.
Did you know that basketball was founded at the Y? Young athletes learn the fundamentals of the game while building their confidence as well as valuable lessons in teamwork and leadership.
Whether new to the sport or not quite ready for tackle football yet, Y flag football is a great alternative for ages 5-12. Participants learn basic rules, skills and strategies in a non-competitive environment.
A progressive program, participants learn basic soccer skills through games and activities associated with weekly practices.
Do you have spirit? Participants build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing social skills and healthy relationships. Learn the fundamentals in a safe, encouraging environment. The Squad cheers on Youth Sports programs weekly.
Lil' Sluggers (T-Ball)

An up and coming sport, young athletes will learn how to cradle, throw and catch under the guidance of the Lynn University Men's Lacrosse team.
Volleyball (DeVos-Blum Family Y in Boynton Beach only)
Serving up fun! Youth volleyball provides an introduction to the popular sport invented at the YMCA. Participants will learn the rules and develop the skills in the areas of sumping, serving, and setting. View more information about Youth Volleyball
