Teaching a variety of self-defense skills and areas of personal growth, such as respect for others and physical conditioning.
All programs are monthly and price is subject to change depending on how many classes run that month. Participants do not need to re-enroll each month. All registrations need to be completed before the first day of class that month.

Age 4: Monday and Wednesday 3 pm - 3:30 pm (Must be age 4 to enroll)
Age 5-6: Monday and Wednesday 3:30 pm – 4:15 pm
Age 7-13: Monday and Wednesday 4:15 pm – 5 pm
Cost: $85 Y Members, $130 for Non Members
Weekend Classes
Age 5-6: Saturday 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
Age 7-13: Saturday 1:15 pm – 2:00 pm
