A safe, interactive space for middle and high school age students to discover new interests, collaborate with one another and prepare for the future.

THE LAB provides opportunities for youth to realize who they are and what they are capable of achieving, while making friends and memories along their journey. Programs engage middle and high school age students in fostering a culture of service, provide opportunities to set goals and learn how to share their voice, while being supported by caring adult mentors.

Offering year-round leadership development programming for local youth ages 12 to 17, THE LAB focuses on preparing them to succeed and serve through civic engagement, college and career readiness, and workforce development. Teen programs such as Youth & Government and Leaders Club provide mentoring, college prep and an opportunity to pursue a positive future.
