At the Y you have access to a variety of Group Exercise classes – from low impact classes like strength training, aqua exercise and yoga, to high intensity such as boot camp, interval training, barre, H.I.I.T, spin classes, LES MILLS BODYPUMP, CORE and BODYCOMBAT.

At the Y we proudly offer:  

  • Group Fitness classes 7 days a week at a variety of convenient times
  • Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced fitness classes
  • Fitness classes are open to ages 15 and up, while ages 11-14 can attend with a guardian
  • FREE Child Care in our Child Watch areas for children while you work out
