The secret to sticking with a health and fitness program is finding activities you enjoy and that keep you moving.
At the Y you have access to a variety of Group Exercise classes – from low impact classes like strength training, stretching and water exercise, to high intensity such as boot camp, interval training, HIGH Fitness, indoor cycling, and LES MILLS BODYPUMP (at the Boca Y)!
For the health and safety of our members and staff, we encourage our members to utilize our reservation system, Appointment King to participate in group fitness classes. This helps us to regulate and ensure proper capacity in our group exercise studios.
At the Y we proudly offer:
- Group Fitness classes 7 days a week at a variety of convenient times
- Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced fitness classes
- Fitness classes are open to ages 15 and up, while ages 10-14 can attend with a guardian
- FREE Child Care in our Child Watch area for children while you work out
