At the Y you have oodles of FREE Group Exercise choices – from low impact classes like strength training, stretching and water exercise, to high intensity classes such as boot camp, interval training, and spinning. The Y offers:

  • More than 80 hours of Group Exercise classes a week
  • Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced classes
  • Fitness classes 7 days a week at a variety of convenient times
  • Fitness classes open to ages 15 and up, while ages 10-14 can attend with a guardian
  • Free child care in our Child Watch area for children while you work out
