At the Y, we believe health & fitness means taking care of the whole you, We'll help you meet your goals whether that's lose weight, gain strength or simply finding ways to increase energy and decrease stress.

You can also get the entire family moving as children ages 8+ are welcome to work out with a parent/guardian in our Wellness Center. New members can get started with a free Wellness Orientation and then determine whether Personal Training, Small Group Training or Group Exercise is the right path toward their wellness goals!
