YMCA IS LEADING THE CHARGE TO SUPORT ACTIVE AGING

Terri Baldwin, a longtime swim instructor at the DeVos-Blum Family YMCA, is known for her personalized teaching approach and dedication to helping others succeed in the water. After facing serious health challenges, including cancer, she was supported by the YMCA community and returned to continue doing what she loves. Her story highlights resilience, compassion, and the strong sense of support within the Y.

The YMCA of South Palm Beach County provides safe, supportive after-school programs for over 2,700 youth, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and succeed academically. Through structured activities, academic support, and caring staff, the Y offers a reliable and enriching environment for children during critical after-school hours.
