Did you know the Y is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization? As a cause-driven organization, the Y’s Mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Our three main Areas of Focus include Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility. When you donate to your local Y, you are:

  • Helping kids and teens develop self-confidence, character values and leadership skills by providing innovative and nurturing youth programs.
  • Creating communities that support healthy living by addressing childhood obesity and chronic disease among children and adults and supporting their physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.
  • Instilling an ethic of volunteerism by providing opportunities for South Palm Beach County to give back and serve their communities.

After 45 years, the Y understands what our community needs to be its best. CLICK HERE to learn more about our Impact in the community. The Y.™ For a better us.

When you give to the Y, 100% of your donation is used to support a child, family or individual as they learn, grow and thrive. It’s a tax deductible gift that makes a difference!
The Y’s Annual Campaign helps strengthen our community by supporting at-risk children, families and seniors through Y programs and services. To support our Annual Campaign, please visit our Annual Campaign webpage HERE to set up your personal fundraising page and join the movement to Change a Life!
In addition to exposure, your support helps to improve our community by enhancing local youth development and promoting healthy living to thousands of individuals. Take me to Inspiration Breakfast 2018

Development Director Kimberley Trombly-Burmeister and Y Drowning Prevention staff Aly Reeves accepted a check from the Ziegler Family Foundation. The Y was selected to receive $5,000 from the Ziegler Family Foundation as part of the Great Charity Challenge sponsored by Fidelity.

Funds received from the PNC Foundation purchased magnetic construction blocks and an outdoor magnetic wall STEAM center at each of our four YMCA preschool locations. The centers are located outdoors on the playgrounds to provide children another learning environment and allows them to work with sand, water, rocks and other elements.
