Sunshine Health Medicaid
Are you a Sunshine Health Medicaid member? Your benefits may go further at the Y!
Eligible Sunshine Health Medicaid members may qualify for:
- YMCA membership for an individual or family of up to four.
- Up to 8 group swim lessons for children under age 21 per year.
- Up to 8 group swim lessons for eligible adult caregivers per year.
- 1 week of childcare or afterschool care for qualifying members seeking employment or education.
- Access to YMCA facilities, wellness opportunities and more.
GETTING STARTED AT THE Y IS EASY!
Visit a YMCA facility in person to complete your membership form and verify your eligibility on-site. Please bring your current Sunshine Health member ID card to the YMCA Front Desk.
Each participating family member must have their own individual Sunshine Health member ID card. Please bring the physical or digital insurance ID card for the primary parent/guardian and each participating child applying for coverage. Our team will verify eligibility and explain the programs available at our Boca Raton and Boynton Beach locations.
Benefits are subject to Sunshine Health eligibility requirements, YMCA availability, annual benefit limits, and verification. Childcare benefits require additional qualifications and enrollment in Sunshine Health Care Management.
