EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE FUND

 

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, our Y is facing unprecedented challenges that have left our organization with extremely limited hours and fewer roles to offer our employees. However, our resolve to support our staff members who may need extra support during this critical time is unwavering. 

Every staff member, including you, has been a vital part of our Y, contributing to our mission while helping and supporting our community. Understanding this priority, our Y has established the YMCA of South Palm Beach County Employee Assistance Fund, with resources provided by the YMCA Foundation of South Palm Beach County, Inc. and personal gifts from staff and supporters. We are so grateful that we were able to create this fund specifically to help you.


 

AT THIS TIME, GRANTS ARE LIMITED TO $100 PER EMPLOYEE.

If you find yourself in a situation where you have immediate needs, we want you to apply for these funds. Yes, they are limited, but they are here for you because you mean a great deal to our Y. 

We have worked hard to make the process simple and requests will be taken at face value. As long as the funds are available, we will keep meeting the needs. We know that as staff members, you will use the core values we promote daily, honesty, caring, respect and responsibility, so please reach out if you are in need.

ELIGIBILITY

To apply for an Employee Assistance Grant, please fill out and submit the form below. You'll share your name, contact information (that matches the information we have in payroll), and a brief reason behind the request. If you apply, please know that anonymity is a priority. Those who review your application will not receive any personal information about you, simply the reason for the request. You will be notified of a decision within 48 business hours of your initial request.
