Let’s Make Toys (Ages 4-6) - Fridays (3:30pm-4:30pm):

Have you ever wanted to build and race sailboats, launch marshmallow catapults or challenge your friends to race your own dragster car? Engineering for Kids teaches STEM through fun, hands-on projects. This build-n-play session introduces your youngest engineers to the fundamental concepts of energy, materials, and movement. Students will develop critical thinking skills and learn how to solve real-world problems while having fun. They will explore and construct various toys, most of which they take home at the end of the class; including spinners, magical boomerang cans, wind-up whirligigs, sailboats and more.

Race, Soar, & Electrify (Ages 7-11) - Fridays (4:30pm-5:30pm):

Imagine building and launching your own rocket, racing levitating trains or flying hot air balloons across the room. Engineering for Kids teaches STEM through fun, hands-on projects. Join this session and your child, ages 7-11, will learn the basics of aeronautics, electric circuits, gases, laws of motion, and other science and engineering concepts. Students will develop critical thinking skills and learn how to solve real-world problems while having fun. Most of these action-packed classes end with each student bringing home their scientific creation, such as airplanes, rockets, blimps, wind turbines, levitating trains and more.
