Teen Squad Training
Ages 11-15, Teen Squad is lead by a personal trainer to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in Young Adults!
Youth Tri will resume 10/2 for kids ages 5-15!
This 8 week program prepares your child to perform their best while swimming, biking and running. The program is designed to highlight essential skills necessary to teach your child about running and triathlons.
