The Y Way to Play is a commitment for all to learn, grow and have fun through sports. Our goal is to build a community in which everyone has opportunity for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Sports provide everything – whether it is enjoyment and values, to coaching and learning to rise to another level.

Adult Sports Programs
With an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation, the Y offers recreational and league sports for men and women who want to have fun in the camaraderie of others while getting an excellent workout.
