After School Programs
The YMCA is a place where children can learn, grow and thrive after school! Kids have fun from the time school is let out until 6pm. The YMCA of SPBC is thankful to be “Crowned” the “Best After School Program” in Palm Beach County by South Florida Parenting Magazine!
The Y proudly offers the following for Kindergarten age to 5th grade in our Peter Blum Family Y After School Program:
-Fun, engaging curriculum and themed activities
-A minimum of 30 minutes of activity a day
-Swimming on Fridays
-Special Needs Program (K – 12th grade) at “Chase’s Place” (see below)
Transportation to the Y is provided from Hammock Pointe, Verde, Del Prado, Whispering Pines, Sandpiper Shores, Sommerset Academy, Addison Mizner, and St. Jude Elementary.
$235 per month Y Members / $345 per month non Y Members, plus a $25 Registration Fee.
$205 per month Y Members / $315 per month non Y Members, plus a $25 Registration Fee.

|Chase Donoff Special Needs Program –
The Peter Blum Family Y is proud to offer a variety of programs for children, teens, and adults (ages 5 -22 yrs old) with special needs. Through the extreme generosity of the Donoff family, Chase’s Place is growing into a place for everyone. Our trained Y staff is available for you and your special needs child.Activities in Chase’s Place include homework time, games, sports, swimming and field trips. The program also includes an After School Program for children in kindergarten through high school, as well as a Special Needs Summer Camp where campers to participate in field trips, crafts, special events, swimming, and numerous inclusion opportunities throughout the summer.
