Small Group Training is a great way to stay motivated and help you reach your goals. You have the ability to work out with a certified Y Personal Trainer in a group of 3-6 other members and you can participate with an existing group or create your own with at least two other people.

Full Body with Holrich

WHEN: Fridays at 9am 
COST: $12/session $38/unlimited month, Drop-in rate $25/non-member (with guest pass) 

Glutes & Boots with Holrich

Butt-kickin' class that is sure to get you working those glute and leg muscles. Bring your own booty band - BYOBB! Max class size 15 participants. 

WHEN: Saturdays at 9am

COST: $12 per class, $38 per month (on-going)

High Intensity with Holrich

A high intensity, full body work out that combines cardio and weights to get you feeling your best!  

WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am 
WHERE: Wellness Center 
COST: $12 per session, $80 per month


YMCA Run Club

Join a group of motivated individuals as they set out on a path to health and happiness! Two training sessions per week consist of one hour coached session with a Trainer. Practice includes running form, pacing, interval drills, strength training, and running endurance. 

WHEN: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am
COST: FREE for Y Members


 

Small Group Training at the DeVos-Blum Family YMCA
 

High intensity and effective workouts combining strength training using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, body-weight & other equipment with Plyometrics & Metabolic Cardio Conditioning.

WHEN: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:30am-10:30am with Tracy Frazier in the Indoor Performance Training Area
  Mondays - Core Fusion: dedicated to strengthening your core muscle groups.   
  Wednesdays - Weight Training Wednesdays
  Fridays - Butts & Guts: dedicated to your abs and glutes with targeted movements designed to trim, strengthen, and build these hard to reach areas. 
COST: Unlimited classes for 3 sessions a week: $60/monthly, add on/drop-In sessions: $15/session

Outdoor Bootcamp

Get ready to sweat, burn, and transform with our high-intensity, full-body workouts that combine strength, cardio, and metabolic conditioning! 

WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30AM or 6:00PM
WHERE: Outdoor Training Area
COST: FREE for Y members

Each session is packed with exercises that target strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health. Plus, the fresh air makes it even better!
