Instant Hire Day

The YMCA is hosting an Instant Hire Day for Summer Camp Counselors, offering a great opportunity to join the YMCA team and make a positive impact in the community. 

Date: April 11, 2026

Location: Peter Blum Family YMCA 

We will be hiring for a variety of camp positions, including Traditional Camp Coordinators, Tweens & Teens Camp Counselors, Traditional Camp Counselors, Special Needs Camp Counselors, and specialty counselors for Dance, Art, and Aquatics programs. These roles help create engaging, safe, and memorable camp experiences while encouraging kids to stay active, build friendships, and grow in confidence.

Candidates will have the opportunity to meet with the YMCA team, learn more about the different summer camp programs, and potentially be hired on the spot. Join us and take the first step toward an exciting summer working with the Y and helping create unforgettable experiences for campers.
