Youth Strength
This course is mandatory for members,
ages 12-15, who would like to use the fitness center.
It is designed to educate participants on the importance of proper resistance training, fitness floor etiquette and practical applications in the Fitness Center.
Youth Conditioning Program (9-12 years old)
Designed to incorporate aerobics, strength, power, speed and agility to increase physical activity and performance in any sport.
Teen Conditioning Program (13-16 years old)
Designed to incorporate aerobics, strength, power, speed and agility to increase physical activity and performance in any sport.
Kids Capoeira
It's a martial art! It's a dance! It builds strength, self-confidence and coordination.
