Athletic Peak Performance Training
This four-week training session will help the serious athlete unlock his/her true athletic abilities. developed and led by nationally certified personal trainers and former collegiate athletes, this specialized program will help you become leaner, stronger and faster. Intense training with state of the art equipment, such as parachutes, hurdles, free weights and much more, will strengthen fundamentals and create optimum athletic performance! Register Early! Y Boot Camp

Self-Defense Course

KIDFIT
This fun fitness class is what every child needs! In this class your child will participate in organized indoor and outdoor games, developmentally appropriate strength and flexibility exercises and cardiovascular activities. Class held on Wednesday and/or Fridays from 5:00-6:00
p.m. for 10-16 year olds & Wednesday from 4:00-5:00pm for 8-10 year olds. It is designed to take
the athlete a step above the competition in his or her
sport. Improve core strength, balance, speed,
agility, stamina and strength. Participate in
developmentally appropriate strength training, plyometrics, speed and agility drills and core training.
6 week session.
Basic Youth Strength
and Conditioning Course
Three-week course is mandatory for members ages 12-15 who
would like to use the fitness center.
Advanced Youth Strength
and Conditioning Course
This three-week course will
instruct participants in more advanced weight training
and cardiovascular training techniques.
Participants will learn and master free-weight exercises
and core stabilization exercises. Circuit training
and interval training will be introduced as well as
lifting and safety techniques. Participants will
learn to design and execute their own programs by course
completion. Prerequisite: Successful completion of
Basic Youth Strength and Conditioning.
Cardiovascular Orientation
In this introduction to cardiovascular exercise, 10-11
year olds learn how to safely use the cardiovascular
equipment. Upon completion they will be able to work out
alongside a parent.
Kid Fit
8-12 years old - Improve your child’s overall
fitness by focusing on his/her cardiovascular endurance,
muscular strength and flexibility. Class will meet 2
times per week for 4 weeks.

Dance
Kindertots (2 years old)
Designed to develop gross motor skills, movement
creativity, physical development and body awareness.
Kinderdance (3-5 years old)
Developmental dance/movement and fitness program which
includes the basics of ballet, tap and creative
movement. All classes offered on Wednesday and run

Kinderdance Level 2 ( 3-5 yrs old)
This more advanced class is open to any child who has participated in kinderdance or other dance class for a minimum
of 9 months. 10 week session.
Kindercombo (6-8 years old)
A combination of ballet, tap and modern dance program.
This give the young dance student a solid foundation on
which to build his or her dance skills.

provides a base line for tailoring a fitness program
to meet individualized goals.
Wellness Coaching (Coming Soon!)
Wellness Coaching is a personalized 12-week
mentoring program custom designed to support lasting
lifestyle changes. This program takes the
participant beyond personal training. The coach
and client work together to develop a program that fits
the client's needs, values and vision while helping them
over-come barriers that prevent them from reaching their
wellness goals. Topics of discussion will include,
time, stress, and weight management as well as goal
setting and prioritizing.
Personal Training
The YMCA offers a menu
of packages that allow you to exercise with a
dedicated personal trainer in 60 minute or 30 minute
sessions. All packages include a custom-designed
program, short and long term goal setting, safe,
effective, and fun exercises.
Pilates Reformer Personal Training
Work one-on-one with a certified Pilates personal
trainer who will custom design a program specific to your
needs and fitness goals. Using the "Allegro" reformer with
attached tower, you will condition your body from head to
toe with a no-impact approach suitable for all ages and
abilities.
Massage
Increase blood circulation, promote relaxation, soothe
aches and pains. The YMCA offers an array of
massages to help you ease the strain of a workout and
relax from a long day.
