YMCA Adventure Guides
(4 years and older) (Formerly known as the Y-Indian Guides Program)
- This parent-child program is designed to
help foster and strengthen the relationship between children and
parents.
- Groups of father & son/daughter and
mother & son/daughter are developed according to geographic area and
approximately 12 families are in each group.
- Children, 4 years and older,
may
participate.
Swim Lessons Preschool (3-5 years
old)
- Maximum of 6 students per instructor.
- Basic swim and water safety skills are

School Age Children
Judo (6 to 12 year olds)
Develops self-discipline and respect for oneself and
others. It provides the means for learning
self-confidence, concentration and leadership skills,
as well as physical coordination, power and
flexibility. Tuesday & Thursdays/5:30-6:30 p.m.
Sportfit (10-16 years old)
Our trainers will help participants be a step above
the competition in his/her favorite sport(s).
Cardiovascular Orientation (10 –11 years old)
- Learn how to safely use the
cardiovascular equipment.
- Upon completion, work out
alongside your parent.
Youth Super Sports Leagues
- Seasonal sports include: Soccer,
Cheerleading, Basketball, Baseball and Flag Football
- Saturday games.
- Clinics and special sports events

Rookies Division – Ages 4-7
- Designed to teach the
fundamental skills of the game.
- ˝ hour practice followed by ˝
hour game.
Winners Division – Ages 8-15
- Value based competitive sports

- One-hour weekday practice.

Kindercombo (6-9 years old)
A combination of ballet, tap and modern dance program.
This give the young dance student a solid foundation
on which to build his or her dance skills. Wednesday,

Learn basic moves to pop, rock and soul music
resulting in trendy routines.

Teen Cardio Kick and Tone (11-17
years old)
Fast paced, high-energy class that uses kicks, jabs, and
punches for an exciting whole body workout.
Youth Sports Conditioning (7-18 years old)
Our trainers will help participants be a step above the
competition in his/her favorite sport(s).
Strength and Conditioning Course (12 –15 years old)
Three- week course that is mandatory for members, ages
12-15, whom would like to use the fitness center.

teens and adults with less severe disabilities, who are
higher functioning.
- Participants go out every Friday night
