Special Needs Programs

The Peter Blum Family YMCA of Boca Raton is proud to offer a variety of programs for children, teens, and adults with special needs. Through the extreme generosity of the Donoff family, Chase’s Place is growing into a place for everyone!

*An intake interview is required for all new participants to determine program eligibility.

Chase Donoff Special Needs After School Program:
Our After School program serves children with a wide range of developmental disabilities.  Here, children will learn new skills, make new friends and just have fun being a kid in a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment.  Program activities include: Swimming, arts and crafts, sports, character development and much more!

Time: School Dismissal – 6:00pm
Transportation: The YMCA provides transportation from Boca Elementary and Hammock Pointe Elementary.  Transpiration provided by the Palm Beach School District for all other schools.
Grades: Kindergarten – 12th grade
Program Fee: Members $180 per month
            Non Members - $280 per month

Fun Days 2010-2011
When school’s out the Y is in! When school is out send your child to the YMCA where they can swim, participate in games, arts & crafts, and play with their classmates in a safe and supervised atmosphere while you are at work. Fun Days are subject to change due to enrollment so please remember to register ahead of time to secure a spot. 
Please make sure that you pack your child a lunch and bathing suit.
