Youth Programming at the YMCA: This fall, we are kicking off our innovative and interactive fall programming schedule. It will be for children grades K - 8 (depending on the day) and will include SPARK (Sports Play and Active Recreation for Kids) as well as various sports, games and dance. The child will also have an hour of swimming in the pool, as well as Family inclusive activities each Friday night.

Gymminie Kids – Grades K-2
Hey kids looking for some fun? Parents are you looking for an amazing place for the kids? Join the group as we jump, crawl, wiggle and run our way to a fun-filled healthy lifestyle. Participants will enjoy an hour of action packed games that show your children they can be healthy and have the time of their life.

Martial Arts
Our Martial Arts program gives children the mental and physical skills to succeed in everything they do. These classes are challenging and fun while we encourage every child to strive to do their personal best. In addition to physical skills that will increase strength, coordination and flexibility, we teach life skills such as discipline, goal setting, confidence, leadership and respect. Students learn to see and achieve goals, while building self esteem in a fun, safe and educational atmosphere.

Hip-Hop
This class offers the latest dance moves, steps and techniques. The focus is on having fun as well as learning rhythm, counts and tempo.

Sports Clinic
Kids will receive special instruction from our Sports Director as we teach skills and fundamentals while playing games and having fun. Sports will include basketball and soccer.
