Personal Training
 
The YMCA offers a menu of packages that allow you to exercise with a dedicated personal trainer. All packages include a custom-designed program, short and long- term goal setting, safe, affective and fun exercises. Personal Training options are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. Many package options are available such as individual, group, golf, boot camp and pilates reformer.

Youth/Teen Fitness
 
Youth Strength
This course is mandatory for members, ages 12-15, who would like to use the fitness center. It is designed to educate participants on the importance of proper resistance training, fitness floor etiquette and practical applications in the Fitness Center.

Kids Capoeira
It's a martial art! It's a dance! It builds strength, self-confidence and coordination.
Ages 5-12

Youth Dance
Jazz, Tap & Ballet for children grades K - 2nd.

Parent/Child Fitness
  
Squeaky Sneakers Gym (walking to 23 months old)
Program rums Sept. - May
Child must be able to walk to participate. Caregivers and children work together to enhance children’s social, emotional and physical development through movement education, art and music
 
Busy Bees Gym (ages 2-3 years)
Program runs Sept. - May
Movement education, art and music with caregiver participation designed for toddlers.  
 
Family Fitness
Have fun exercising as a family! We now offer a specialized program that proves that exercise can be enjoyable and beneficial for all. Bring health and wellness to everyone while learning exciting methods and techniques that will engage the entire family with everyday exercise. Come out and strengthen your family bonds while strengthening each other!
 
 

Aquatics Fitness
 
Fitness Swimming
Build endurance and tone muscles, while enjoying a fun and social workout in the Aquatic Center. For schedules, descriptions of classes, and non-member fees, please visit the member services desk.

Massage Therapy
 
Increase blood circulation, promote relaxation, soothe aches and pains. The YMCA offers an array of massages to help you ease the strain of a workout and relax from a long day.
