Staff Awards & Recognition Program
All employees and members of the Peter Blum Family YMCA of Boca Raton; DeVos-Blum Family YMCA of Boynton Beach and YMCA @ 901 are encouraged to nominate employees for the “REACH FOR THE Y” EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH Awards & Recognition Program. This is an ongoing program which means that nominations should be done each month. Please nominate that employee, who in your view exemplifies the core values of the YMCA – those values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility; this employee must be seen as going the extra mile to ensure member satisfaction; they must be seen to demonstrate dedication, enthusiasm and the ability to work well with others consistently; Working above and beyond normal expectations to improve member satisfaction; They must be seen as providing outstanding customer service to members, volunteers, peers and sponsors; Improving timeliness and/or quality of service; Building outstanding relationships with members, volunteers, peers and sponsors.
Directors are not included.
