WELLNESS DIRECTOR
The DeVos-Blum Family YMCA of Boynton Beach is currently seeking a highly motivated, mission driven, team-oriented professional to lead our Wellness team. The Wellness Director is responsible for and accountable to the growth and success of the Wellness Department. Responsibilities include: the leadership of the Wellness Staff, Group Exercise program, Personal Trainers, and Specialty Fitness Classes for people of all ages. Critical to the success of this position is the ability to provide excellent member service, involvement, engagement, retention initiatives and introducing innovative ideas in program development. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and supervisory skills; as well, demonstrate the ability to build relationships with members and staff, guiding them to reach their established goals.
Salary: $35,000-$42,000

This position will be responsible for planning activities while at the same time interacting with the children.
